Kasai Rinkai Koen Garden

Kasai Rinkai-koen Park is 14 minutes from Tokyo on the JR Keiyo Line. Exit at Kasai Rinkai-koen Station to access the park, Tokyo Sea Life Park and the Diamond and Flowers Ferris Wheel, the largest Ferris Wheel in the Tokyo Metropolitan area.
